Endangered Properties

Wilson House located at 315 E. Second Street is the first property saved by the Cornerstone Society. It is in need of help again. This county owned property is severely neglected.

Located on West Street. The Elks Lodge has been abandoned after a fire ravaged this lovely structure. It is available for a modest price. This could again be a vibrant property for anyone with a little vision

Autumnwood located on Autumnwood Lane is a perfect example of demolition by neglect. When purchased a few years ago, this was a thriving bed and breakfast. Sitting empty and neglected, this home continues it's downward spiral. All this home needs is a loving new owner.

The Moose Lodge barn. Many fear the obvious conclusion for this barn's story.

On Poplar Street steps away from the hospital, and Main Street, this home is severely neglected. Pleas to stabilize this building have gone unanswered.

Corner of Second and West Streets. This building has turned into a slum with a case of severe neglect. It is in the heart of the district with a superior location. Only steps away from the river, Main Street and the grocery store. One would hope the owner would see it's potential.

417 Presbyterian Avenue. This cottage is located steps away from John Paul Park, the library and Main Street. Things do not look good for this tiny gem.
